- Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March - £300 per week
- April (easter) May, June - £450 per week
- July, Aug - £500 per week
- Sept, Oct - £450 per week
Booking
Booked dates are shown in red and are shown as nights stayed. Currently, rental start and end dates are negotiable. We understand that flight prices do reduce if you avoid weekends, so, where we can we will try to work with you on your preferred travel dates. Please contact us by telephone to discuss your requirements and to confirm availability.

Bookings will be provisionally held whilst we await booking deposit and booking form (5-7 days). Bookings will then be confirmed on receipt of deposit via email or telephone.
Deposits
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold required rental dates. The balance for full payment is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
A damage/breakage and key loss deposit is also required by our keyholder in Spain on arrival, who will meet you on your arrival at the apartment. This will be £100 or 130 euros.
